FishBall Soup !

I do enjoy soups alot, from clear ones, to creamy ones to yummy fishball ones. Let me share a nice clear fishball and vegetable soup i often make. You can swap the fishballs with chicken too.

1 packet white fishball
Chopped onion, garlic, ginger ( i normally put a handful all together )
Bak CHoi
1 carrot diced
1 diced potato
1 tomato
A bunch of coriander
Dried anchovies – about 10
1 chilli
Salt & pepper to taste
A few drops of sesame oil
Olive oil
Fish stalk to taste

Pour some oil in a pot; fry chopped onion, garlic, ginger, chilli and anchovies. After about 3 minutes, pour 4 cups of water and let it boil. Add the diced carrots, tomatoes and potatoes. Add the fishballs, fish stalk, salt and pepper. Let it boil for 10 minutes and add the Bak Choi and Coriander; another minute and its ready to serve!

I also sometimes add bean sprout.
